This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Loopware LLC ("Loopware", "we") and governs your use of the Codeworks application ("Software"). By downloading or using the Software you agree to these terms.
License
Subject to this Agreement, Loopware grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Apple devices you own or control. A paid license key unlocks the Software for the person or entity named on it; one license per user. Without a license key you may evaluate the Software for the duration of the built-in trial.
Updates
A paid license includes all 1.x updates. Future major versions may require a separate purchase or upgrade price.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share license keys; circumvent license validation or trial limits; or use Loopware's trademarks. Portions of the Software are derived from open-source software licensed under the MIT License; those portions remain governed by their own licenses, and the required notices are included with the Software.
Privacy
The Software does not upload your code to Loopware. Git providers, language tools, package registries, debuggers, terminals, and other connections you initiate may send project data under their own settings and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for backing up your work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Software. Loopware's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and destroy your copies.
General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Loopware LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This is the entire agreement between you and Loopware regarding the Software.
